- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags and original packaging.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video, and we will replace the item at no cost.
- For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer pays return shipping.
- Bedsheets that have been washed or used, and items on clearance sale, cannot be exchanged.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are sent by bank transfer within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refusing a COD parcel at the door without a valid reason may lead to future orders requiring advance payment.
